The hotel offered beautifully updated rooms and a very nice pool area. the children's play area was also amazing, with plenty of space and activities for kids of all ages. the staff at the child care center were friendly and our kids enjoyed the craft time. the location was also a plus, being close to ski areas and other places of interest in the surrounding area.
There were a few things that could be improved. the owner's daughter who worked at the front desk was unfriendly and not very helpful.

Bar was pretty nice. The beds were big in our room. If you like the ski area, then it would be a right place for you.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the ski area of the Dolomites. The location provided us with lovely views and easy access to the slopes. The service was exceptional, with room service available and friendly and helpful staff. The room itself was comfortable, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. We also enjoyed the hotel's spa and wellness centre, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The garden area was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. we were impressed with the level of comfort and luxury this place provided.

We stayed at a great family-friendly hotel last winter, set in the stunning Dolomites with lovely views. the hotel offered a superb wellness center, with heated indoor and outdoor pools. We loved being in the outside pool while it was snowing! the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food was amazing. the hotel was only a short distance from a charming village center, where there were plenty of nice things to walk to.
I must admit, we were disappointed to find there were no coffee-making facilities in the rooms, and the only way to have coffee was from the main restaurant.

The hotel offered great family activities during Christmas time. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor heated pools, which were amazing after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. The hotel’s nearby location to restaurants and shops added a great convenience factor to our stay.
There were a few negative experiences that detracted from our overall stay. While the food was decent, it was relatively repetitive on a daily basis.
